I am always buying and trying different condiments, now I have way too many.

Right now, in the fridge is:

Loisiana, Franks Red Hot, Tobasco original, Cholula, and Cajun Sunshine hot sauces.

Kikoman soy sauce

Lea and Pearins Worchestershire

Kraft mayo, Dukes mayo.(Idk why I have 2 open)

DelMonte ketchup

French's yellow mustard, Inglhoffers stone ground mustard, Grey Poupon dijon, Nathan's Coney Island style mustard, store brand horseraddish mustard.

KC Masterpiece, Sweet Baby Ray's, Sycamore Hill Farms mustard based, and home made western NC style bbq sauces.

Prepared horseraddish.

Kraft tartar sauce.

Woeblers Sandwich Pal horseraddish sauce.

Texas Pete wing sauce.

2 kinds of pickled jalapenos.

Wickles sweet pickle, dill pickle and homemade zuchinni relish.

Apple/chipoltle glaze/chutney.

I may have missed a few in the back. Damn, I got too much. Anybody wanna make some bids on some of this stuff?

I used to keep hot sauces in the fridge...but I got annoyed with the 'clumping' near the top.

In the pantry, from now on.

I don't keep half the items on your list in the fridge. I hate cold condiments on hot food.

They don't clump if you don't keep them in the fridge? Never tried that...

I always have kept this stuff in the fridge because my family did. I know some of this stuff doesn't have to be chilled.

I don't keep hot sauce, soy sauce, or Worcestershire sauce in the fridge, but I am also guilty of way too many condiments, both in the fridge and pantry.

I should take a picture.

Yeah, my SO keeps soy sauce and hot sauce and Worcestershire and all that stuff in the fridge too. Takes up too much room IMO. And as I said, I don't want anything cold touching my hot food.

I am pretty bad on spices, too. Just not so much as the condiments.

People often ask me "would you like more food for your hot sauce?" I am definitely a condiment man

I can't stand cold hot sauce, I think it's a mental hang-up.
