What do the Cowboys do with Romo?

Not a flame...honest question. Personally I think they need to take a QB in the second or third round and groom him. The Cowboys don't have many weaknesses besides o-line and depth.

The Cowboys won't get rid of Romo. They have much bigger concerns than finding a new QB starting with an offensive line. I also think they need to continue to improve the secondary's pass defense. Depth is definitely needed. Then maybe you can look at drafting a QB for the future.
Problem is that the Cowboys have the shittiest drafts ever. They always overvalue players or JJ gets fixated on one player and is willing to give everything up for that player.
