Goddamm right I eat marrow.

The mother in law recently began using beef bones with huge chunks of marrow in them when cooking pho. Nothing like couple of huge beef bones after a hearty bowl and digging out narrow 2/3 the size of ping pong balls.

Bourdain is on record as saying that his last meal would be the bone marrow at St. John's in London

Sometimes, I buy a ham steak to use for seasoning and I love the marrow in the bone in the middle of those steaks. Creamy and buttery goodness.

I have had it twice and while I did like it, it wouldn't be something I ordered again. Now the marrow with osso bucco is divine

Bouligny Tavern has a delicious Bone Marrow and Garlic bruschetta. Especially good for someone scared of marrow.

Made osso bucco Tuesday and eating the leftovers tonight. Marrow builds strong bones and character!

It's an acquired taste just like a raw ouster or caviar. Really a treat but a textural thing for some people. May need to check your cholesterol levels the next day...

Same here. I had it at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. It was merely ok.

The wife makes beef vege soup w/ good beef shank soup bones. We fight for the marrow. Truly unbelievable coming out of that stock.
