Are there any places in BR/Ascension to buy decent fish besides whole paycheck and fresh market? I would like to try more than just the tilapia you find everywhere. Thanks in advance.

It really isn't that bad going to Tony's.

Take the Evangeline exit, take a left on the street before Plank (has a small neutral ground), take right at the library, and park. Easy in, easy out.

Go home the same way.

Tony's stuff is usually fresh, but if that is too out of the way, Tommy's Fish House in Prairieville usually a good spot to check.
