What to with leftover Smithfield spiral honey ham?

I usually make a big pot of tomato, rice and ham soup with the ham bone and some of the ham. The ham we had this year though was a lot sweeter than normal with a lot more cinnamon flavor than normal. Not sure what to do with it.

I'm gonna experiment and try to make a ham and potato soup with heavy cream. Oh and my ham was a spiral with nothing added.
