Screw Syfy and NBC for not making this into a regular series

This looks almost like a one episode pilot broken down into webisodes.

Agree that there is so much more that can be done with this franchise that isn't being done.

I agree. I wished Caprica had been given one more season to bridge into the Blood and Chrome. It's got a big enough following that I think it'd make them some money. B&C looks to give what viewers wanted more of too, in the way of excitement.

Saw the first two and liked what I saw.

Link has full webisode series now, including the finale.

SYFY is airing it in Feb. They better not eff this up.

I thought once they cut into the long form movie it was going to be treated as a backdoor pilot?

I think. They way they've undercut this entire BSG from the first series though, I'm not getting my hopes up too much. They coulda done so much more.

Backdoor pilot?

There is sooooo much more that they can do with this... There's a wealth of backstory material just sitting on shelves no doubt. I think as CGI technology advances and becomes less expensive - The potential show's budget would drop to a manageable enough figure to get a green light. I'm fairly sure the run of BSG on SyFy was co-funded by BBC in some form or fashion.
