Deer processing in BR

I hunt in SW Mississippi and am looking for a deer processor in Centreville, Slaughter or BR..any suggestions? tia

if in centreville drop it off at vignes. they do a good job.

benoits in addis i heard does a good job.

my wifes uncle owns a store that does deer. i have had his sausage and it is really good. no clue what he charges though. on frenchtown road.

i do my own sausage and ground meat so not sure what is good out there.

If you are in Centreville the only answer is Vine Brothers.They have the great sausage,pan and smoked.I have some there now I need to pick up.We have been using them since the early 90's and never had a bad batch.

Vine's sounds like the answer..great place for sure. How long is the turnover to pick up?

I dropped mine off last Friday(16th).They called me the following Monday and said it was ready.I will likely go get mine Wednesday.Its 2.50 a pound for Smo Sausage if you de-bone it.....Who is your family in Central? I am from there...Went CHS C/O 94

I'm actually from Natchez and live in BR..family farm outside of Natchez and I went to Trinity, '84..old!

I'd make the trip to Centerville myself, but that's just me. I hear good things about tramontes on Jefferson hwy but I don't know much about them

A buddy brought some Tramontes to work the other day.It was good but he said it was EXPENSIVE.
