Not in my book.

I know those guys were really popular and alot of people think they it's cool to claim to be fans of them but my tastes have changed. I just don't care for that outlaw stuff much anymore.

The 80's did have some good artists. George Strait & Alan Jackson were two of the top, but there were many others. Garth Brooks started off strong in country, but sold out and went too pop.
