Never used a bait caster before but I've been looking at these reels. Anyone have any experience with these reels?

Curatos are fine reels. You can't go wrong with Curado.

Used 3 out of the 4 I have today, almost had to use the 4th with the wind.
Once you go baitcaster you'll never go back.

Mine's an older model from around when they first came out, but with a little lube it still works like a champ.

Looking at getting one of the newer ones though. Held it in Cabela's the other day and it feels good. Pretty slick.

My two curados have taken years of abuse in saltwater and they still work flawlessly. My newest setup is a revo inshore on a falcon coastal rod, and I still prefer my old curados
