Haha pretty sure that is the dude we just used to CSBG (Crazy Sports Book Guy). He was their every weekend with his charts and books. Always wore a White Sox hat. Good times.

I'll admit it's likely because I stay at Wynn/Encore. I get set in my ways and it feels like a second home to me.
