Did Freddy actually ever look that old for his age? I'm just trying to think of some circumstantial evidence for the "he's 27" argument. Other than that it's just "he's from Ghana." Well, ok. And by acting younger there would be more hype built up about him, which is better than he's from Ghana.

Its just my opinion. He was playing youth soccer the same time i was. He def could have passed for 18 at 16. I just think his athletic peak actually came around the time he was 18 because he really was older. Now I think he is still a good player, just not a phenom.

Good players don't ride the pine in MLS,especially cellar teams. I was hoping to see him participate in qualifying going forward after the Gold Cup.
