my only game in the swamp was when my bro lived with the kicker and in same complex with channing crowder and a bunch of other players. It was the joe addai game when we won at very end. fans were definitely dicks but i was keeping it cool because was with bro. the p;ayers after the game were actually pretty gracious.

it was so bad in 08, they were literally kicking out students from the small LSU section for standing...even though the entire florida section surrounding it were standing too
and then as one guy was refusing to sit and getting kicked out...2 other people starting saying "what did he do? all of these people around us are standing too" and then grabbed them and kicked them out along with them
the entire section basically just sat there silent and miserable with two Gainseville PD officers standing in front of the section the whole game
they also went through only the LSU section pre game and checked every single ticket to make sure you were in your correct seat
I've never had an experience like that and I've sat in the lower level of every SEC stadium except Vandy
my friends that had the slightly worse tickets in the lower level (behind the band in corner) had a lot more fun than our section did because they weren't harassed the whole game

Was in philly in uniform checking into a hotel. Asked who they were playing. Guy says dallas. I replied with oh dallas cool. The hotel employee started yelling at me dont bring your cowboy arse in here. I laughed and said im an LSU fan. She eyed me with a haterd look and never said another work.

I have brought Gator friends to LSU GATOR games in Baton Rouge, and they have returned the favor. I can say without hesitation that I have been treated FAR better by their fanbase than he has been by ours. I sat through the 51-21 debacle a few years ago and people were very kind.They could have abused the *(*& out of us, but we sat there until the scoreboard read 00:00, and prepared to get blasted all the way back to the car. What we got was alot of "hey thanks for driving this far, sorry it could'nt have been a closer game" etc etc.

Bama was great. Fans there were fun and god forbid they called me out for not having a beer in my hand. Lol. Few dicks but that's the SEC!
