it took me a few watches to fully see what happened. Damn that sucks a lot. I'm not exactly sure what broke there, but something definitely broke.

Yeah there was another replay during the game that was worse. It was a Barça corner and he went up for a header and his feet came up from under him and he was going down on his back and put his arm down. Kinda like what you see wrestlers do sometimes and blow out their elbows.

so I take it he's done for 6-8 weeks then? I knew a couple of wrestlers who had the same injury and that was usually the return time.

Haven't heard yet. Probably announce tomorrow. But maybe sooner, maybe he can play with a brace.

I doubt he'll play with a brace until he can move it again (even in a brace). I mean a. Players would target that shite b. he wouldn't be able to grab and jockey for position.

True. It'll have to be fairly solid. They did say it was pretty severe so maybe a couple months is right.

I read that it was a shoulder injury. I don't know how, but that was right after it happened.

gotta be. when joints go all wonky like that it's typically either complete ligament shredding or a displaced joint. that's the reason why the body part can "bend the wrong way." nothing is supporting its proper position
