I need an admins help, please

I just posted in the ticket exchange. As soon as I switched boards and went to post in another thread, it said I need to log in but I never did log out. I'm posting from my phone right now and didn't receive the same message. Any idea what the problem is?

I need help with figuring out why I can't log in on my desktop but have no issues on my phone. I have tried logging in for about ten minutes now and it takes me to the boards like my log in was successful yet still says "sign in" in the top left of my screen

That happened to me before. I thought I was banned
