Voodoo BBQ Corn Pudding & Potato Salad Recipe?

Any one have a recipe that is similar to their sides? Doing a drunk chicken and ribs today and wife wants voodoo sides.

For the corn pudding, What I do is make two boxes of Jiffy corn bread, and add two cans of creamed corn, and one can of regular corn. Then and extra egg, a cup and a half of sugar, and a half of cup of cream, and then bake for 45 minutes at 375*. It is not the same but it is similar and very good.

I make one similar to Napoleons from an old church cookbook. Jiffy creamed corn egg and butter. Not so much sugar and cream though.

the cream and sugar make it more of a pudding, I actually substitute Splenda.

I love trying to recreate things like this at home. But it sucks when you start liking your version better than going out.

I ususaly just pick these items up when I want them. They are both excellent sides for numerous occasions.
