Does anybody know how to make that stuff.. I love the white cheese dip, but have tried to make it many of times at home and failed everytime..

Make a blonde roux, add peppers, perhaps a little milk or cream, and queso quesadilla/Oaxaca/Chihuahua, little salt and pepper and voila-cheese dip.
