Thats how leftists are changing society, through the courts.

Tort letters and printing out the governor’s proclamation and the criminal trespass statutes eventually worked for me, as well.
It took a couple unlawful arrests and about 4 months of determination, but it eventually stopped the police and stores from ignorantly discriminating.

I would follow that thread. I have done the same in years past. Our power as citizens is in the jury box not the ballot box. We can take the government back through the court system if enough people get on board.

Your case is a half dead dog dropped off at the pound. I would be with you in bitching about the government requiring private entities to provide vax cards or masks.
The federal court, however is well within its right to require either as a condition for entry.....lemme guess, no reputable attorney would touch your case.....or for that matter law student.

You do realize that Shelly Dick can use whatever reasoning she wants to implement rules for the federal courthouse that as Chief judge she is entrusted with. She can cite CDC guidance, FAA guidance, NSA guidance. Neither of those agencies has any jurisdiction over her.....shite, she doesn't have to tell you if she does not want to
