If Sean Peyton takes the Denver job, what pick in the first round do they have?

It’s still hasn’t been determined. Won’t know until we know the results of SF’s playoff run. The longer they’re in it, the higher the pick

Somewhere between 28th and 32nd.

ETA:

Denver's 2023 picks

1st Via 49ers
3rd their own
3rd Via Colts
4th Their own
5th Their own
6th Via Steelers.

IMO if Denver wants in it should cost them that 49ers pick and their 2024 first. Maybe their 3rd as well.

FYI, only 31 picks this year. Miami forfeited their 1st for the tampering charges.

With that said, teams losing this weekend will be slotted between 24-27 based on regular season record. Next weekend will be either 28 or 29. And SB teams get 30 or 31.

It would have been nice if they would have had to forfeit it to the Saints.

They would have given it to NE for Brady, and the Saints would have gotten the 2024 3rd rounder

Another way the league can screw teams and players by not being a 1st round pick but instead a 2nd.

Though I could be talking out of my arse I don't keep up with it that much

49ers might surprise a lot of people.

Some folks on here need a reality check. Saints will not receive (2) 1st rounders. If they trade him to a team with a top 10 pick, we won't see that pick. Maybe their 2nd rounder and probably next year's 2nd. I believe things may pick up in a week or two if he does coach this year.

I agree and personally would rather see 1 first and 2 seconds maybe 3rds. We are in cap he'll and we have done a pretty good job finding decent second and 3rd rounders.

Wouldn’t say that, have seen a lot of people expecting the 49ers to make the SB.
