1.) Does anybody really think this will reduce inflation? Seriously, it would be more accurate to call it the Inflation Expansion Plan.

2.) We are buying solar panels from China. China is supporting Russia in the war with Ukraine. We are financing Ukraine. Essentially, we are financing both sides of this war. Am I the only one who thinks this is insane?

3.) All of the money spent by our government to fight climate change will finally give the left a toehold to be able to claim that spending hundreds of billions of dollars on climate change works. In 10 years, they will look back on this as a pivotal moment in reversing climate change and nothing we can say will convince them that the results would have been the same if we had done nothing...

Will do absolutely nothing because of India and China will not stop polluting. It's a grift to be able to funnel money into politicians pockets.

When has spending $700 Billion fixed inflation...think that says enough. I'll do you one better..when has spending $700 Billion on Climate and Clean Energy, the IRS and Healthcare fixed inflation.

Who gives a flipping F' about Ukraine or where we get our solar panels. We don't need more solar panels from China or anywhere period. The technology is still too expensive and we don't need to be spending unGodly amounts of money on it when there are cheaper options in the ground.

You can't fix mental incompetence on that level. If this level of Democrats we see today are around in 10 years, we won't have a country to really be bitching about at that point.

The Republican theme here should be that this is genuinely the product of Leftists looking for something to do and money to spend without any actual discrete objectives.

- This will do nothing for inflation.
- This will worsen the impacts of recession.
- There is no concrete climate objective here, even if such a thing were possible. This money will be pissed into the wind and everyone knows it. Every republican should ask "what will it do" and then "ok, what will that do" until every media member/Democrat is forced to give up because they, too, have no clue what the intention is.

Your government is spending half a trillion dollars simply to say they did "something on climate change and healthcare." They're thieves and should be called criminals by every GOP politician in the land.

A huge spending bill with massive tax increases on the working class. This one is going to hurt for a long time.

This is not accurate. These numbers all assume that corporations are static and will do nothing differently when they are hit with increased taxes.

Remember when Trump had to bring all the overseas money back? Corporations are not static. They will figure out a way to get taxed less.

Remember when they told us Obamacare would be self-funding?

Have a look at the spending in this bill for Obamacare subsidies.

Liars. All of them.

Too bad the GOP is so bad that you have to seriously start to question if they are sabotaging 2022 on purpose.

It's goal is the get people to vote democrat, and the EV guys are circle jerking over getting $7500 off on their future Tesla purchases.

This is scaled back "build back better", nothing more, nothing less. It has no intention of helping inflation. And frick us all, 80k more IRS agents for perpetuity is the most damaging thing in this reconciliation

At this point it almost seems the De m ocrats are resigned to losing in 2024 and trying to make things SO BAD that the Republicans will not be able to fix things by 2028.

And you know that the worse things get, the more the Progs will push for relief spending projects and Rinos will vote for them...

Is that another estimate that comes from the CBO? Because the CBO has never been right about anything in the history of its existence.
