Looking for an inclusive place in St. Thomas or if you stayed somewhere nice and fun and not all-inclusive that could be an option as well.

Correction. Parts of St Thomas in Charlotte Amalie are sketchy. Resorts are fine.

As mentioned St John is far superior but for a resort you are limited to the Westin.

The Margaritaville resort was nice and we enjoyed our stay, but after visiting I’m kicking myself for not spending a bit more and staying on St. John.
Sargassum has taken over Margaritaville beach and it’s bad next door at Coki Beach.

Don’t stay at a resort. Rent a house with a pool and rent a car. Explore.

I would rent a condo at Grande Bay. They’re pretty nice and you’re in the middle of Cruz Bay where the action is.

Any housing recommendations? Rather find something someone stayed at or near to know everything is ok.

Look at On the Rocks on VRBO. One bedroom villa with stunning views. But I would recommend staying on St. John. I am not familiar with resorts because we always stay at a private house. I will say that On the Rocks is by far the prettiest place I have ever stayed and it is on St. Thomas.

Thanks for info. Will look into it. Will need a few houses or larger house to accommodate.

What’s some fun things to do?

We just enjoyed going to all the different beaches. St. John beaches are much better. I'd recommend Maho Bay, Hawksnest Bay, and Trunk Bay. Rent snorkeling gear for sure. We also did a charter fishing trip with Just Fish and it was fantastic. A day charter on a boat that will take you to certain snorkeling sights is fun as well. If you have a passport you can go to the BVIs. They have hiking trails throughout the island as well. You do not have to look much past the beaches for stuff to do. That is where we spent most of our time. You will have fun no matter what you do.

Is there a town area with restaurants/bars or beach bars?

Will be in St John in about a week!!

Chocolate Bay to the Left, Great Cruz Bay to the right.
I'm right in the middle and everything's gonna be alright!

Cruz Bay has a lot of shops and restaurants. Find a place to park and you can walk easily to all the shops and restaurants/bars. I am super jealous! Drink a painkiller for me while you're there.
