TDBBL - League Offseason Discussion

First, I would like to know what our potential rosters/owners are looking like. I can reactivate the league once we get an idea. I think Touls is out and we likely have to replace Cesar unless I can verify he paid his $100.
Also, this is the offseason thread so we need to discuss general league rules. Off the top of my head:
Are we doing another player draft for new owners?
Do we have a set understanding of who owes what picks for the draft pick draft?
Do we want to edit out league a bit to make the draft more exciting. I think bad rosters and a lack of interest in the draft (due to low turnover) is fueling a lack of interest in the league. The originally TDBBL kept 5 guys. I think we can open discussions about creating a hybrid.
Do we want to make any changes to weekly games played? Stat categories? Payouts? Playoff teams? Etc.

I’m fine with whatever rule changes, think we need to first figure out who’s out. We can drop down to 12 if we need to.

We don't have to enact changes if we get the full slate of owners. I was just suggesting things to keep people interested.
If we get 14, then we just have to make sure all the day to day stuff is OK.
If we only get 12 owners, then we have some discussions we need to have.
