I wish Scalia could have lived to see this Supreme Court term.

Scalia said this in his dissent on gay marriage “"The substance of today’s decree is not of immense personal importance to me…It is of overwhelming importance, however, who it is that rules me. Today’s decree says that my Ruler, and the Ruler of 320 million Americans coast-to-coast, is a majority of the nine lawyers on the Supreme Court.” These recent decisions have been the court righting a ship that has been going the wrong way for a long time. I hate Scalia couldn’t live to see this day.

Part of me wishes RBG would have. Decent chance she would have sided with the majority on the RvW ruling.

Left would have completely imploded.

She's already quoted in an interview that RvW was weak and she would have preferred that abortion laws be developed by the states
