In season, an easy A. Did as much as he could with what he had.
Now, as for the last off-season, well...that played a role in him having some of the players he had to work with, too. Don't know what that grade is, but it's definitely lower.

This is tough. I didn’t really think he did anything to hurt the team other than like the Giants game, which probably cost them the playoffs in the end. But he is an offensive coach and the offense was atrocious. Wasn’t his fault.
But, does he get credit for the defense carrying this team the way it did? So I don’t blame him for what happened this year, but I can’t give him credit when his side of the ball that he coaches was terrible.
