We have 3 different Roku’s in the house. For the life of me, I can’t get the main one in our living room to connect to the internet.

We lost power over the weekend and I think that messed up our internet connection with our Ring cameras. I had to reset the modem today and the Ring cameras came back on. But now it seems like this particular Roku won’t connect.

I’ve tried resetting the Roku, unplugging it, unplugging the TV it’s connected to, re-entering the Wi-Fi password. Nothing. I grabbed a Roku from a bedroom and put it in the living room tv and it fires right up. Any guess what I’m doing wrong? About to take the non-working Roku into the bedroom and see if it will work there.

Try resetting the Roku back to factory settings, update and set up wifi again

How to Factory Reset Your Roku Device Via Settings

Press the Home button on your Roku remote. ...
Then go to Settings. ...
Next, select System. ...
Then go to Advanced system settings. ...
Next, select Factory reset. ...
Then enter the code on your screen and select OK.
Finally, select Start factory reset

Follow the instructions below to manually check for software and channel updates.

Press the Home button home on your Roku remote.
Scroll up or down and select Settings.
Select System.
Select System update

If there are several Roku's in the same house with the same account, the Roku's will mirror one another as far as which channels are added when you do the system update
