The most under the radar prospect in the state. Even Hank Tierney is baffled at his lack of offers.

6'-6'1" 210 The kid is a absolute animal. One to two players have zero chance of tackling him. It normally takes 4-5-6 players to bring him down. With being a power back he has plenty of speed, never gets caught from behind. Had 27 carries for 268 yards and 5 TD's this week against Ouachita including a 80 yard TD. Has had several other 200 yard games and one 300 yard game that I can recall. He probably plays 15 or so snaps on defense as a LB and averages 3-4 sacks a game. Intercepted a pass against Ehret and dragged a 25 yards for a TD. Those that have seen him play know that I am not exaggerating his talent. So any of you recruiting gurus, have any insight into this? Is he maybe looked at as a tweener? Grades is no issue, fully qualified. As far as I know the only hard offer he has is Tulane. LINK

I watched his film earlier in the year and thought the same thing. He reminded almost exactly of Jacob Hester. I think he is easily a P5 LB

Drags player 20yds on INT return

I sit at the Ponchatoula games with a friend I grew up with and who played at LSU. He is very quiet at games, never gets excited and he was jumping up and yelling when this happened.

He is more physical and faster than Jacob. On a team that has Jacoby Mathews, Johnson is the best player on the team.

Jacob was fast.

But I think Johnson is every bit as good as Tackett Curtis

I hope so, this is our biggest game in 70 years. Hopefully we can get that Acadiana playoff monkey off our backs. We can beat them in the regular season but haven't been able to in the playoffs.

I don’t know if safety would be a position for him. Definitely think LB is best fit. Freak athlete.

His grandparents are my parents neighbors. My son and I played a many of pic up basketball games with him when he was 11-12 years old. The kid turned into an absolute animal to say the least.

He takes plays off. Coaches question his work ethic. He has the potential to be great. Just needs to be challenged by the right program.

I've been watching the kid since the regulators. But you're right, I don't know shite.

Don't get confused by my criticism. I'm a big fan, and know he's special. I just call it like I see it.
