Texas can say screw the Feds any time they want and there is nothing the feds can do. Texas pays more tax money than they take in. The governor is just weak.

The states have no authority to do anything on international borders. That is solely federal jurisdiction. It’s not Abbots fault or anyone in the TX legislature.
