They have to finish it first

I’ve heard this probably wouldn’t actually be in effect until late 2022. So this is going to take a while. Hence it really does nothing to impact the delta virus.

It’s going to get tied up in courts for a while I would think. This is nothing more than a change of subject away from Afghanistan. Biden might be six feet under by the time anything happens. He’s wasting away.

There has to be a lawsuit first

What are the chances it's just a threat to compell companies to institute mandates? They know they're on tenuous legal grounds so they are trying to bump as many companies over the edge to make them do their dirty work for them.

From a USA article:
quote:
It was unclear on Thursday when exactly the requirements would take effect. OSHA is expected to issue the rule "in the coming weeks," according to the White House, and implementation could follow a timeline similar to those in the public and private sectors. In some cases, those have ranged from weeks to months.
The exact timeframe will be dependent on the rulemaking process.

Government workers need to get the legal ball rolling.
SIL works at Stennis(govt worker not contractor) and was told she had 75 days to get the jab.

The courts are highly corrupt. They won’t.

Nah, this is a layup for the court. The Federal Government, by the 10th Amendment, gives the States control of Public Health. Biden knew he couldn’t do this, why the “Work around, with OSHA, like the overstep with the CDC with the rent stuff” it’s just plain Federal over-reach, and will be shot down on the quick. This is an Afghanistan distraction, or Newsome cover, or maybe they know the Arizona election news; but it’s a distraction

That's why this "covid is so contagious" bs is laughable. Two and a half months to get a shot for something that is killing mankind left and right?

Jen Psaki said federal employees would have 75 days. So I don't care what your wife says when it's coming straight from the White House how long some people will have.

Stare decisis says they will uphold the mandate.
There’s some old case dating back to the influenza pandemic of 1917 that allowed it.

The courts on on "their" side. Don't be surprised if these seemingly illegal mandates are upheld in the name of "public health." That will be the dog whistle to go after guns.
