Not ideal but 4 deaths is no doubt below the norm for that many nursing home patients in a system. They no doubt had a choice, leave them in the “predicted” path of the storm or move them to a safer location. They made the right call with the info they had in the time frame they had to evacuate those patients. If they would have stayed at the facilities they were at there would be much more carnage for the media to exploit. I’m not a dean fan by any measure, but it was the right call based on the info they had at the time.
