We are trying to sell our house. The dumbass yard guy knocked these bricks out with his riding mower.
What type of person should I hire to fix this? Who would specialize in this sort of thing?

The yard guy should be the one to fix this.
I had a contractor destroy a railing on my side stairs with his excavator. He had it replaced within a day.

I'll take a stab at this.........you're likely in need of a brick layer/ mason.

You took a picture of the damage.
Yet for some reason you also took a screenshot of said picture of the damage and posted that image on here.
Why not just the picture of the damage?
Why do you do things the way you do them?

Mason of your choice at your yard bros expense. I would look for a mason in his 60s or 70s age wise to be honest.
Also see if any of the other brick needs re-pointed too.

Good luck getting a guy to show up for a small job like that for a reasonable price

Good luck getting a contractor to come out right now for that little bit of work. Get a bucket of Quikrete mortar and fix it yourself.
