Texas with all of their money and resources haven't been competitive in a relatively shitty Big12. Can they "fund" more NIL money for some players? Sure. More than the rest of the SEC? Hell no.
You act like there is going to be billions thrown at recruits, there is not going to be. There will be some recruits that make bank but I will bet the NIL money Texas throws around will be like the rest of the money Texas has thrown around - pissed away with shitty results.

You are a damn fool. Look at the recruiting rankings. We are still #5, ahead of Texas, OU, and A&M. If your theory was true, this wouldn’t be the case.
