How much does Adam Schefter get paid?

He's the only real reporter at that network.

He would never have spoken that way to Laura Rutledge. Saban is racist. He needs fired.

Serious question?

Would any one know or care if we didn't have sideline reporters or courtside reporters? And to think the make millions? what a fricking racket. Never once have I tuned into a game of interest to hear what these people have to say.

Most of the time they ask a pissed off coach running to be with his team why he threw on third and short with 10;00 to go in the second quarter or why Billy Bob (the QB) doesn't seem himself today?

CBS didn't have sideline reporters for the NFL for almost a decade until they decided to move Tracy Wolfson over from SEC games.

A lot of people don't even remember that, which shows how much they were missed.

Adrian Karsten should’ve stuck around. He’d be making bank now.

If Maria Taylor left ESPN tomorrow, would their ratings be affected at all? Crazy that job warrants $3 million when I’m sure there is a line of equally talented women who would do it for pennies.

She’s not trash. She’s very good, but does not deserve to be the highest paid employee at ESPN.

Outside of their play by play announcers and color commentators, who at ESPN deserves seven figures a year? I would say Stephen A Smith and Scott Van Pelt and that’s basically it. Everybody else is replaceable.

Max Kellerman should be the highest paid commentator!

This is why ESPN is always in trouble financially. Let em do it. Never understood why they waste money on sideline reporters anyway.

That article is full of Dim material, further backing up that Dim's destroy everything they touch

1st you had the NY Times involved
2nd you had a butthurt Dim leak the recording
3rd you have this lame comment "The uncertainty of Taylor's contract status looms large over the network's coverage."

Nobody gives a shite about the sideline reporter, if it's looming large it's because you're an over-emotional Dim

#4 You have the writer complaining about a $3 million contract and if the emotional Dim can handle such little money or facts from Rachel Nichols

And in the process you've jeopardized the reputation and careers of two people over some bullshite

I'm glad I'm not a Dim

Good point, I'll have to make that Dim point #4
