I think Gervase could close
6'8" frame that throws 94-95 with a pretty good slider. Yeah he will be the closer next year if he has control.

So wait, we recruited these guys right out from under the noses of Jay Johnson and Jason Kelly?!
Jesus, no wonder they jumped at the chance to come coach at LSU. If they're track records are legit we should have a top 5 class every year.
Selvidge is from AZ . The other pitcher Lansville just happens to be training there. As LSU commits, they developed a friendship.

I would love to get a couple stud pitchers in the transfer portal to compliment what we have coming in/coming back. Will prolly have to wait until after the draft to either make more moves or make just a couple of moves . Should be fun.

I think the first three on the list now regularly pitch with their fastball in the range where that report says they previously topped out. There are multiple reports with all in the mid 90’s and Kudrna maybe even getting above that.

Worth noting that Kudnra is actually hitting 99 occasionally and Selvedge is hitting 96 but cruising 92-94. They’ve bumped their velo up this season.

Paul Gervase pitches for the Bristol State Liners, the local Appalachian League Team. We've gone to a couple of their games. Both times he's seen one of us in LSU gear and made it a point to yell out, "Geaux Tigers!" The dude is 6'10", so he can see into the stands pretty easily.
I know, I know, "Cool story bro."
