His refusal to hold confirmation hearings for Merrick Garland looms large.

Mitch McConnell was the greatest senate majority leader in history of republican party.

It's pretty much big enough to forgive him for all the RINO shite.

Agree, but the other pics we did get aren’t what we thought, pretty shitty haul in all reality

Mitch knows how to play the long game just about as good as anyone in DC politics.
He's the most powerful republican politician in America and someone democrats actually fear because he possesses vast institutional knowledge about who's who in government/politics and the nuts and bolts of government machinery and he knows how to use that knowledge effectively.
That hasn't been all good for grassroots conservatism but there's been more hits than misses and denying Garland was a grand slam.
Basically the GOP's Tywin Lannister.

He's a clown. All his moves are for his own power. If he can throw the GOPe a bone he will. If the play makes him more powerful and helps the conservatives out - he'll play ball.
He is in it for himself and nothing more. He knows procedural processes more than most.
I do not like him. People should take Congress as a duty then step down, not make it a career.
the turtle memes were hilarious however.

He gave us Gorsuch and ACB by knowing how/when to play hardball. If Trump had a tenth of Mitch’s self control he would still be President.

Aside from Thomas and Alito, SCOTUS will bow to the wishes of the big tech funded uniparty,l. McConnell is nothing more than a role player of phony opposition

You don't live in the real world. People bitch about Cocaine Mitch and his plotting and chess playing, but without his skills CONSERVATIVES would get run over. Republicans are far too stupid overall when it comes to actual governing and the base likes to bitch because overall they operate via soundbite.....McConnell is every bit as crafty as Schumer and Pelosi. Instead of complaining about him, maybe some of you brain dead " Conservatives " should thank him for the procedural roadblocks he throws up and since he is a minority leader - something that you Trumpist "Conservatives " help to bring about in GA you should be grateful.

Nah, that guy is beyond in debt to us all. We don’t owe him shite.

I can't see why all the hate for McConnell. He gets flack from the instant gratification, short-sighted crowd.

McConnell was always pro Trump whenever it was easy for him

Right. He gave us Kavanagh and Barrett. These 2 Trojan horses will be John Roberts level in a few years.

Without Mitch you would have a country wherein your views and concerns would not even receive lip service.
But, maybe that is what you want, you just want to have issues that are settled and you just want the fight and revel in your own victim hood because without him you would just live as roadkill!!!

You must realize in our current state, Mitch can profit personally far greater my being the minority leader.
Schumer is a great example, when he was minority leader, he was constantly in the press, now he is too busy trying to herd a bunch of cats to vote for a bill.
Now Mitch can sit back and say, you need some bipartisan bullshite, come to papa pass this little procedural clause for getting around china tariffs for my papa in law and Ill toss you a few senators to get it across the line (throw in a couple lake houses for them will ya, you know the routine, owned by a non profit NGO of course)..
He is the quiet Manchin (though I dont know why Manchin gets so much press, he is not a tiebreaker, that line was crossed long ago when Collins, Muleface from AK, and Romney became senators, not to mention Cass, cass, I cant even say his name, that arsehole from LA).
