The Faith is infallible. Catholic refer to their Faith as The Church, so when they say The Church is infallible they are actually meaning that their Faith is infallible.
I think when people don't understand the meaning of phases of certain groups of people they can become easily confused and jump to conclusions about what those people are actually saying.

Can't have the faith without the group that spoon feeds it to you. Without "The Church" Organization, there would be no Catholic faith.
It is a nice way for the church leaders who defile the temple to absolve themselves from having someone turn over their money changing tables.

Correct. But when most "people" refer to the infallibility of "The Church," they are referencing everything, and mostly the leadership - which is obviously not.

Faith as a concept is neither infallible or fallible. It just “is”
The church is fallible as has clearly been revealed by the incredible sins carried out by priests against young boys over decades.
Now, if they agree to allow Biden or any leader in a position to further abortion or other mortal sin, they are just piling into an already shaky foundation with which they stand.
They will lose members
