It will shoot up to $6 and they’ll make everyone sweat that, then bring down but only to $4 and everyone will be happy. 1984

Still good here in small town south GA. Gassed my truck up earlier. Bout to run the wife’s Yukon to town and top it off.

Gas stations in Alexandria, VA starting to run out of regular gas.
Did you hear about this on Facebook?

my guess is it will take a few days to mobilize the trucks needed for such a distribution and by then the pipeline will probably be functional anyway
$KMI spiked because the Jones act requires American owned/flagged ships to deliver US port to US port and there aren’t that many ships that are US owned and $KMI owns 5. 5!

Wasn't it waivered by the Turnip's emergency declaration?

Had no idea it was in Charleston until this post, and I live 10 miles from Kiawah. Wonder how much I can rent my upstairs bedroom for.
Name your price at this point.
Not many hotel rooms left.

So I’m driving from Charlotte to Destin on Friday.
This might be interesting.
The one time I plan a fairly long road trip

Good luck getting gas on the gulf coast, Pensacola is running out as of today

I filled up at Costco about two hours ago and paid $2.44 a gallon for unleaded. Multiple stations in the area had already bumped up to $2.84...getting their "mark up" in early.

The one thing a state of emergency will result in is more people filling up their cars (and probably jugs for some) once they watch the news.

Uh...you should expound on that part for me.
There is a shite ton to do for the broadcast. It will literally take a week to run all the cables, set up the fixed cameras, create sets, hang lighting, etc.
If weather doesn't become a factor, we may get out a little early the day before round 1 for some rest. We start 10-12 hour days Thursday morning at 8:00.
Tournament days will be even longer because of expanded coverage. It's exhausting, but a great payday.
As for the gas situation, once I get to the hotel, I won't have to drive anywhere. We'll have shuttles and walkable dining options at night.

Dunno, but I’m sure any waiver has an expy.

Lol yes Texas is on the pipeline.
What parts of Texas? They keep talking about shortages on the east coast. Are you telling me that the affected pipeline also runs gasoline from the Gulf Coast to El Paso, Lubbock, and Amarillo?

I actually live in the real world so I actually shop for gas at......gas stations. I'll leave imbecility to you!
