I’m honestly not sure because I’ve driven a 3/4 ton truck for 14 years but when I had a 1/2 ton truck lifted, I should have put an upgraded tire rod kit. Mine snapped pulling out of a parking lot. Back then they were not available on 1/2 ton trucks but I imagine that’s changed. See if it’s available and if it is, you need to do it
