A lot of this shite has to do with home life, as I’m sure has already been mentioned.

One of my nephews got in trouble when he started going to daycare for his behavior because he was an only child and had nannies with just him to that point rather than spending long periods of time where he was expected to share and play nice with other kids. But that is a fixable problem.

A lot of the kids they are claiming are being profiled are likely ones where the parents have already fricked up those kids so bad they will be behind the curve for the rest of their lives.
