Do they play the TWolves again? Asking for a friend.

Should they? Absolutely not IMO
So ghey! This shoot for the draft bs doesn't pay off for the small markets, man. But, yeah, nothing else really does either.
You have to build around Zion just as we tried to do with AD.
But...the fans of small markets who literally root to miss the playoffs are soooooo ghey.

Yeah, no.
And thankfully Griff hasn’t gone that route.
Small markets have to ensure they maintain a large cache of assets and create a steady pipeline of developmental talent to put around their superstar. This team can’t compete on money when teams like GS can go into the luxury for 100’s of millions of dollars and are going to be more desirable to the best free agents.
Until the league changes the Pels need to ensure they continually have assets to move to keep talent around Zion and plug holes on the cheap, that they can package and net positive returns for young talent continuously.

We were never expected to be in contention for a playoff spot this season. Maybe get in the play-in but never locks to make the playoff. Not sure why you’re so upset or surprised. It’s just expected to have decent lottery odds this season.

I say push it and get as close to it as you can unless we start dealing with injuries.

Would you really rather barely make the playin as opposed to having another top 10 pick, in the most loaded draft class, since AD's draft class? We can get our third star this year and never look back.
We are only like 4 games back from having the second best draft odds for the top pick. Nothing meaningful is going to happen this year, so go get that third superstar via the lottery.
It's BY FAR the smartest move this franchise could make.

If we don't trade Lonzo, then I say yes. But I think that we're going to trade Lonzo.
