I'm not sure I ever have since leaving my parents house for college. Closest thing I think I've gotten is a 12 oz or whatever chocolate milk maybe 3 or 4 times.

Dairy is bad for you baws, heed my advice.

Eta: and you look like a 5 year old eating cereal or drinking mil, grow up

Used to drink 2% milk religiously up until 3 years ago. Milk, protein, PB, Banana in post workout shake. Always wondered why I couldn’t lose weight

I don't know a single person serious about their health that consumes a lot of dairy. I will use goat cheese or parm very sparingly, like a couple of times a month but that's it.

It's not 1837, we can pick and choose what we consume.

I drink milk all the time. I was surprised to find out a couple years ago that about 2/3 of the world has a milk intolerance.

Milk is hearty and wholesome. I drink damn near a gallon a day.

It’s like drinking the essence of life

Unless you’re a lizard person. Only lizard people don’t like milk.
