I am saying, they are all cheating the people.

We know the Deep State fabricated a dossier to launch a fake investigation , followed by 2 fake impeachment attempts.
Why would anyone give these folk any benefit of a doubt? They’ve been caught lying , under oath, time and time again.
It’s B. And there’s no question.

It's not about what's best for Trump, it's about what's best for the American people. That's a concept democrats generally find hard to grasp.

It is amazing that it is a 50/50 shot of a conservative justice turning liberal on the SCOTUS, while the Dems are batting .1000 on liberals justices staying liberal.

It is? He’s been investigated constantly for four straight years and they still have nothing. Doesn’t seem simple to me.
Are you also okay with state officials making their own election changes without consent of the legislature?

You could say the same thing about Obama though it’s against the norm to go after a president of the United States. Unless they commit genocide or send federal money straight to their bank account. You don’t see republican prosecutors going after Clinton, Obama, etc. there is a moral decorum not to do this.

Ok, big brained hank. What is Trump guilty of. I'll wait.

He is being INVESTIGATED for fraudulent loan applications and tax fraud arising from intentionally undervaluing his holdings for purposes of property tax assessments. Investigation of such allegations is one reason that states HAVE prosecutors. Ultimately, a jury of his peers MAY decide whether he is guilty ... assuming that the investigation leads to charges, that charges lead to an indictment, that an indictment leads to a trial and that a trial leads to a verdict. We will see.
But that is not what this thread is ABOUT. The thread is ABOUT the integrity of SCOTUS Justices who have the temerity to vote based upon their interpretation of the law, rather than simply upon "what is best for Donald J. Trump."

It's political retribution by liberals in NYC. Period. A fishing trip, taxpayer-funded.
If they have evidence for an investigation without the tax returns, then file them already.
Property tax valuations aren't exactly part of your federal tax filings.

They are setting precedent on the tax vote. They should be provided. Biden provided his, problem is no one cares about where he and his family derive income.

Dont get offended when literally no one values your opinion. Racism is a shite stain on society and your inability to call it what it is makes you part of the problem.

quote:no they aren't. Their decision on the Texas case was completely wrongheaded. Texas, et al, weren't trying to meddle in pa's state laws. All they were asking for was for fraud to be investigated and eliminated. Iow, a free and fair election. Because anyone with half a brain knows that's not what happened. And as I've said repeatedly, scotus had nothing to lose hearing the case and the country had everything to gain.
they are doing there job
You and scotus are completely wrong on this matter
