Great song that was wasted as a b-side to Walking on a Sunshine..
It also had moderate success when The Bangles covered it a little later... their version was not as good IMO, but props for casting Mr. Spock in the video

I don’t know if it’s considered underrated, but I heard it on the radio and had forgot all about this song so added it to my playlist.
