It's looking however like it's going to be hard to find Constitutionally faithful jurists to preside in your Nuremberg court.

Plus, first, a war needs to be won to put the criminals in the dock. And these enemies for the most part are domestic and are fighting their war in the academy, the courts, in the halls of government, in the entertainment industry, and in the corporate world.

Where is the Omaha Beach or the Tarawa in this war where we can go toe to toe with the enemy? It's not there.

Until Constitutional conservatives of all stripes put aside our differences and particular agendas and unite under a common banner of basic Constitutional freedoms and individual liberty we are all soundly beaten and will remain so for the foreseeable future.
