It was a terrible take, “doctor” is an educational attainment, not a profession.

Going by “doctor” in non-professional setting (regardless of your profession) is pretty douchey, but not for the reasons that the writer brought forth.

I kinda Agree.

She doesn’t have to drop it for Mrs. but they call her Dr Jill like that’s what’s on her birth certificate.

Like there is a context for President Trump and a time when you can call Him Donald Trump without being disrespectful.
