I think I remember reading somewhere that the parade they show in the movie is actually the Macy's parade from Thanksgiving.
I guess you're right. It just always bothered me that it was a parade on like the 21st or 22nd
I don't know if it bothered me more than Ruby Sue saying "Him didn't do nothing."
This is my favorite Christmas movie too
