For anyone who has had covid, is a burning in the sinus cavity a symptom? I have no other symptoms to speak of. Just a terrible burning sensation in the sinus area

Probably. But it’s also a symptom of most respiratory illnesses. I hope you feel better soon.

Hey Hunter, why don't you take a break from your Portland trip and give that nose a break?

How can people still be asking about Covid symptoms at this point?

Posting about it on the OT, yep definitely a symptom.

Be honest. You went out last night after reading that other thread and did too many whippits.

Yes, that was exactly how my symptoms started

If you have no smell, you probably got it...If you still have your sense of smell, you probably don’t have it

Better go ahead and clean those sinuses out just to be safe

At 6:44am on Sunday, a tingling nose is likely from a fun Saturday night

Yup had it and that happened to me, burned the inside of my nostrils behind the bridge of my nose.

How long were you sick?
Posted on 11/29/20 at 8:56 am to noon0707
2 weeks. Took 3 weeks to feel back to normal.
Ran fever for 4-5 days. Fever went away for a day or two. Thought i was past it. Then the fever came back for another 4 days with a worse cough. A second round of symptoms is typical for COVID. Weirdest shite ever.

reminder...
deaths in 2020 is the same for same period in 2019.

Surprisingly, the deaths of older people stayed the same before and after COVID-19. Since COVID-19 mainly affects the elderly, experts expected an increase in the percentage of deaths in older age groups. However, this increase is not seen from the CDC data. In fact, the percentages of deaths among all age groups remain relatively the same.
“The reason we have a higher number of reported COVID-19 deaths among older individuals than younger individuals is simply because every day in the U.S. older individuals die in higher numbers than younger individuals,” Briand said.
Briand also noted that 50,000 to 70,000 deaths are seen both before and after COVID-19, indicating that this number of deaths was normal long before COVID-19 emerged. Therefore, according to Briand, not only has COVID-19 had no effect on the percentage of deaths of older people, but it has also not increased the total number of deaths.

Damn. Sounds like I’m just getting started. I’ll hold off on the test unless I have to go to the dr. I’ll just stay home and treat the symptoms. Bring on the vodka and orange juice

Everyone reacts to this different, so ya never know, may not be bad for you. Mine started with a cough and fever. I will say, at no point did i really think id need a hospital let alone die. It just blew monkey balls for 2-3 weeks and i was very ready for it to be over.

I didn't have that symptom.
