The Bixby Creek Bridge is the bridge at the beginning of Then Came Bronson.

Honestly who on this board asked for this? For the record this site is named tigerdroppings which should lead one to understand its demographic. Why in the hell are posts about bridges in Cali being posted and more importantly why are you being rewarded as a ‘tier’ poster for posting shite about bridges in Cali? (Fyi I know the answer, Admins suck, and traffic makes money)...

Apologies are always evaluated the next day. ??
That said, these threads are so done. I get if they are semi-related to south eastern US but now a tigerdroppings site is supposed to care about bridges in Cali.. This shite is being allowed solely to get traffic which is so sad, and contradicts the purpose of why this site was supposedly founded.

You're literally the worst.
I'd rather read an Oweo novel.

I’ve run the Big Sur International Marathon twice. It would be hard to find a more beautiful 26 miles on earth.

Finally got my motorcycle legal here in California yesterday. Today I took the 280 up from San Jose, got off at Alpine Valley, rode through Portola Valley, then took the back way from Half Moon Bay past Alice's Restaurant to Saratoga. This is one utterly amazing area.
Keep me in mind if y'all come back. I stay in the San Jose area part of the year

Ah yes, the daily irony of someone from America's a-hole that is stupid enough to call one of the most vibrant regions on Earth a shithole.
You brain dead morons are always good for a laugh (at you).

I don't like bridges either.

Friends,
ECB, thank you for enlightening us to the origins of that bridge over the Merced.
WestCoastag, I have not extensively traveled in Southern California. Perhaps in the future you might lead our expedition.
Simon, those are small stones.
Obtuse1, you will be disappointed as I am not a technical climber, just a casual rock hopper. I get up and get down. Those are the names of my techniques.
DoctorTechnical, I did notice the tower, but I thought it spoiled the view.
Soccerfut, your words are always a boon for which I am grateful. That is quite a handsome coin.
SaintAlfonzo, thank you ever so much for that lovely yet frightening story about the squirrels. I did not feed any wildlife and having read your tale I am glad I did not. What a horrifying experience for you. How happy I am you escaped with your life intact.
CrowPie, thank you for your beautiful pictures. I only hope next time all of us can meet at Muir Woods with a reservation in hand. An OT prayer walk through that outdoor cathedral would be splendid.
Msudawg98, thank you for sharing your story. Always live each day to the fullest!
Legion of Doom, you must be in even better shape than I to complete two marathons through those steep hills! It surely is a beautiful place.
Sayre, wonderful! I will pass on riding a motorcycle, but will try to reach out to you should our travels reach San Jose. We spent an afternoon at Stanford not far away. I shall chronicle that day soon.
Yours,
TulaneLSU
