Orgeron made a huge mistake with the 4-3. He should have gotten better advice about DC hires. NOt sure why he bashed Aranda with that comment about this year's D. Time to start producing on the field.

Pelini's 4 down linemen scheme with 4 heavyweights who have no speed and quickness against pass happy teams with mobile quarterbacks is the problem (no outside pressure coming in to cause disruption), along with linebackers who appear to be lost in no man's land, with no adjustments and no blitz scheme to speak of, is a very big problem... Pelini is trying to fit players into a scheme they are not used to and uncomfortable in... that's what I see!

I was watching the aTm game from last season on the DVR Sunday night for lack of nothing better on and I noticed that Aranda in one 3rd down situation ran one big lineman (90 Lawrence) and the rest were LB and DB type people and the result was no gain... By that time of the season the defense just chased everything down...

Why do we miss so many tackles? How come any team runs up the middle on us?

O is looking mighty silly for that dig at Aranda. Hiring Pelini and paying him over 2 mill a year is beyond silly. Just accept that this season will be a full blown disaster in all likelihood and maybe O can figure out how to fix it for 2021.

Its a scheme problem against spread offenses, so that makes it a Bo problem. He refuses to change. There is a lot of talent on the field.

Really concerned about its effect on recruiting. How could O have been so darned mistaken. I do not think Tiger Nation fully understands what a disaster season will do to the program.

Does anyone know o's connection to bo?

I think it is a little bit of everything.... it usually is, and I don't think Orgeron is above reproach.

Do y’all realize that we have the least amount of players on scholarship in the SEC? That’s not a problem?

What in the world does that have to do with the players I mentioned regressing?

Of the ones you mentioned only Stingley was great. Stevens had a good year and made plays. Hampton was just getting his feet wet. Flott and Ferrell were far from great

Aranda sucks press coverage against Alabama with 2 minutes left. It nearly cost us the game
