Marriage is a 50 50 give and take type relationship to make it work. But somewhere in the contract it reads once she turns into a Karen you are the man of the house, it’s not a democracy anymore but an outright dictatorship. Get her off social media, tell her shut the hell up, stop stirring shite up, stop embarrassing you, and chill out. Get control of your wife! If she won’t act right run her off because life is too short to put up with a Karen. If she loves you she will do what’s right.

Every woman has some Karen in them. You just have to call them out on their shite when it happens. 5 years of ignoring the problem, and hoping it goes away, might be too long.
I call my wife out on any of that shite that she does immediately and tell her how she is acting. Typically she stops and realizes how much a bitch she was being, and stops.
One time I walked in on her and a friend bitching about some girls on the daughters cheer team. I went to TV and turned on Dance Moms and told them they were being just like those crazy moms. Never heard her bitch about other kids again.
