I expect the governor will let phase 3 rock through the holidays and early 2021 unless he gets significant blowback.

frick. Phase 3 was more restrictive than phase 2. Not sure I want to see 4. Lord Sloth liable to make a mandatory bed time and kill the power grid to keep the earth from heating up.

They are making this shite up as they go along. No one knows when or what phase 4 is because it doesn't exist yet.

To get to phase 4 we first need to get to phase 3. Yes I know JBE says we are in phase 3 but in reality we are not.

There is no such thing as Phase 4 because we will never be back to where we were in 2019 before Covid was ever a thing

That said, current proclamation expires 10/9 & nothing is going to change with flu season coming up

The only reason nursing homes are open is because the feds ordered it & threatened to cite facilities that didn’t comply without a legitimate reason
