They're asking commentators to only report what they're seeing and nothing more when it comes to the periphery of the field.
They're "unbias" signaling in their commercials on their own news.

When a station says they're trying to change things, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and do a test tune-in but ultimately it looks like I am right about things.
